The adventure continues with an exhilarating quad bike ride through golden dunes on the famous “Route of Emotions,” ending with a refreshing dip in hidden lagoons. The following day, the Parnaíba Delta reveals its full grandeur: dunes, mangroves, narrow river channels, and deserted beaches form the stage for an unforgettable river safari, crowned by the breathtaking return of the scarlet ibises at sunset — thousands of vibrant red birds painting the sky as night falls.
In the morning, we sail toward Barra Grande, stopping at pristine beaches and natural pools for a laid-back day of regional flavors and coastal views. The final days are all about connection — with nature, with the sea, and with local traditions. Day 1 – ORIGIN / PARNAÍBA
Arrival at the airport of Parnaíba. Meet and greet, followed by a private transfer to the selected hotel. The rest of the day is free to relax or explore the surroundings.

Day 2 – PARNAÍBA / SETE CIDADES NATIONAL PARK / PARNAÍBA
In the morning, we depart in an air-conditioned vehicle for a guided tour of Sete Cidades National Park. Discover the exotic and mystical landscapes filled with legends and ancient rock formations. Learn about the prehistoric cave paintings and symbols used by our ancestors to communicate. The tour is guided by a local park expert (mandatory). An unforgettable open-air lesson.

Day 3 – PARNAÍBA / QUAD BIKE ADVENTURE
After breakfast (or in the afternoon, depending on availability), we head to a local ranch for an exciting quad bike ride along the famous Lençóis Piauienses. The trail crosses a stunning dune landscape from Lagoa do Portinho to the Coqueiro Dunes, with scenic stops and a refreshing swim in a natural lagoon. Two people per quad. Approximate duration: 2h30min.

Note 1: Not recommended for people with back/knee problems, limited mobility, or very young children.
Note 2: Guests drive their own quad. A driver-guide can be requested for an additional fee.

Day 4 – PARNAÍBA / PARNAÍBA DELTA RIVER SAFARI / SCARLET IBIS FLIGHT / ILHA DAS CANÁRIAS
After breakfast, we head to Porto dos Tatus to board a private speedboat and begin exploring the incredible maze of islands that form the Parnaíba Delta. Our first stop is Morro Branco for a dune walk, followed by the Igarapé dos Periquitos, where we may spot local crabs and other wildlife. We continue to Ilha dos Poldros for a swim in the river and sea.
After lunch (not included) on Ilha das Canárias, we resume the tour at 3 p.m., heading to Baía do Caju and Morro do Meio for another scenic stop. Finally, the highlight of the day: the scarlet ibis flight. At sunset, thousands of red ibises return to their nesting island — a jaw-dropping natural spectacle. The tour ends at Ilha das Canárias.

Day 5 – ILHA DAS CANÁRIAS / BARRA GRANDE
In the morning (around 8:00 a.m.), transfer by private boat from Ilha das Canárias to Porto dos Tatus, where a private car awaits. The journey to Barra Grande includes a panoramic tour of Atalaia Beach and a stop at Coqueiro or Itaqui Beach (depending on the day of the week) to enjoy the natural pools and regional cuisine (lunch not included). We’ll also stop at the famous “Bent Tree” for photos before arriving in Barra Grande late in the afternoon.

Note: The total duration depends on how long the guest chooses to stay at the beach and for lunch. If skipping the lunch stop, arrival in Barra Grande will be earlier.
Day 6 – BARRA GRANDE / SEAHORSE TOUR
On this day, we experience the coastal way of life with a peaceful canoe and carriage ride along the Camurupim River estuary to spot seahorses in their natural habitat.

Day 7 – BARRA GRANDE / KAYAK EXPERIENCE
We start the day with a charming transfer by carriage to the riverbank. From there, we paddle leisurely through the Camurupim River in single or double kayaks. Along the way, we’ll make stops for swimming, photos, and wildlife observation. The tour ends with a tasting of regional delicacies: a platter with cold cuts, fruit, cashew nuts, traditional cajuína (cashew juice), and a sparkling wine toast. Return to the hotel by carriage or walking.

Day 8 & 9 – BARRA GRANDE
You have 2 free days just enjoy and chill out. Start your day with a yoga session in the beach or a light walk in the sunrise. The rest of the day will be better with some capirinhas!
Day 10 – BARRA GRANDE / TERESINA or CRUZ / RETURN
At a scheduled time (according to your flight), transfer in a private vehicle from Barra Grande to the airports of either Teresina or Cruz. Approximate duration: 4h30min.
